Another one of the many attractive facets of Brookside is the location. The Tampa Bay area's finest upscale traditional neighborhood is located only 25 minutes from downtown Tampa and 2 minutes from Interstate 75. The 'Wesley Chapel Overview' link at the bottom of the page will give you detailed information about the surrounding area to include: local schools, restaurants, shopping, movies, golf courses and shopping. However, please consult the map below as well as the written directions so your may find your way to our neighborhood. We look forward to your visit!
Traveling from the North
Take I-75 South to Exit #58 and take a left (east) onto State Road 54.
Proceed under the overpass and approximately 2 miles past the large Publix
Shopping Plaza and Saddlebrook Resort. Brookside will be on your right
hand side just past Saddlebrook. Take a right into Brookside and follow Chapel
Park Drive through the front gates and over our Old English Bridge.
Traveling from the South
Whether you are headed North via I-275 or I-75 you will ultimately reach
exit #58 (the first exit north of where I-275 and I-75 merge). Take a right onto
State Road 54 and head east about 1.5 miles past the large Publix Shopping Plaza
and Saddlebrook Resort. Brookside will be on your right hand side just
past Saddlebrook. Take a right into Brookside and follow Chapel Park Drive
through the front gates and over our Old English Bridge.
Traveling from Pinellas
County
Numerous routes will bring you to Brookside if you are coming over from
Pinellas County. If you are not familiar with the back roads then simply
take I-275 North and follow the directions listed above. If you are able
to easily get to State Road 54 then simply head east through County Road 41 and
ultimately under I-75. Brookside will be about 1.3 miles past I-75 just
beyond Saddlebrook Resort on your right hand side. Take a right into Brookside
and follow Chapel Park Drive through the front gates and over our Old English
Bridge.
